Just got this on as a small test batch. I went without the biscuit / aromatic as I don't have any biscuit and what I thought was aromatic was actually cara-aroma. I also threw in 3% flaked barley to help with head retention.

Boiling now, my whole house smells of caramel malt and goldings..

Thanks, yeah I listened to that show a while back. I do like the fullers hop character, although I think all EKG may well taste better and doesn't require me to buy four different hops.

This yeast is amazing. Ferments like hell, then all of a sudden just drops out of the beer like a brick.
The beer finished up at 1.013, which means 76% apparent attenuation (!) and 5.6% ABV. This yeast provides a lovely, fruity flavour that I really like.

It tastes really good already, although I'm sure it will improve considerably with some age.
