Fullers ESB reciepe v2 to try tommorow?

Hi there,

First brew with my new DIY all grain equipment tommorow. I want to make a beer as similar to the title as possible.

Using beer engine I have cobbled the reciepe below together from online reciepes and to use what I have in the cupboard.

Any input greatly appreciated! Thanks.

PS Aiming for 5 gallons to bottle.

PPS I am particularily interested in feedback on the amount of crystal and dark crystal. I think these will be important towards getting the right flavour?

I don't have a recipe to hand, but you could probably do a lot worse than taking a listen to this, interesting show including a good interview with the head brewer at Fullers
