First brew with my new DIY all grain equipment tommorow. I want to make a beer as similar to the title as possible.
Using beer engine I have cobbled the reciepe below together from online reciepes and to use what I have in the cupboard.

PS Aiming for 5 gallons to bottle.
PPS I am particularily interested in feedback on the amount of crystal and dark crystal. I think these will be important towards getting the right flavour?
