Simcoe and nelson Sauvin

Just brewed a beer with Simcoe and nelson Sauvin and I can't get over the smell and taste of these hops.

Would really like some recipes for these lovely hops if anyone has any ?

I've brewed both but never together but having just used a pack of motueka for late hopping I used simcoe for bittering and its a nice combination. my feeling is that these sort of hops show best in a blonde beer mainly MO with perhaps 20% wheat and a tap of carapils or caragold for underlying malt

Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin I think would go very well in an american amber - though I feel the Simcoe could overpower the NS if you don't quite get the balance right. Perhaps use Simcoe at ~15 min, a mix at 5 min and then NS at 0min and for dry hop?

I'd be tempted to use simcoe for bittering and flavour as its not as herbal as the NS and I put my last addition in at 20m and I agree about NS really late
