4kg bairds malt
30grams back malt

northern brewer 35grams 60minutes
celeia 20grams 20minutes
celeia 30grams 10minutes
celeia 50grams 5minutes
northern brewer 20grams 5minutes

nottingham yeast ferment as cold as i can get.

smells good what do you guys think?

I wish I could say "that's going to be a cracker" but I've never used those hops. Looks like a well proportioned schedule and it's hard to make bad beer...............keep us posted :wink:

Never tried Celeia hops before but I believe they are related to Aurora. Made a nice summer ale with them recently - Click here! They weren't that strong tasting for a high alpha hop, but maybe I didn't use enough of them. You're gonna notice these though with 100g of late addition. Let us know how it turns out.

now this is weird. just tried a bottle of this i know it aint been long. it tastes just like lager? no cloying taste of malt or very hardly any hop presence? and it tastes slightly like stella artois. even the missus said it tastes nice like a lager. very strange. maybe its becuase i am use to making beers 4-5% plus. this was brewed @ 15oc for a week maybe it could be low temp to ?
