I'm planning on making a small batch of Imperial IPA/Barleywine over the holiday period but I'm unsure what to go for. I want it to be American in style. I want something that I can drink in 12 months time but will still have a good dose of hops in it, if possible
I'm planning on doing a partial mash, so here are the grains I'll have at my disposal:
Maris Otter, Crystal 40, Crystal 60, Crystal 100, Munich, Carapils
I have lots of Chinook and Cascade, but I'm thinking of making an all-Cascade beer.
Would love to hear any recipe suggestions. Thanks.

Re: American Imperial IPA/Barleywine recipe?
I've found a website with thousands of recipes for what seem to be lovely looking beers, including lots for American barleywine.
Am I able to put the link on here mods???
Not wishing to be a splitter and all that!
