pale or blond?

As per title. Have made a few dubbles but want a belgian blond or pale.

Anyone help?

A while back now I got a load of gear from Gadders, a member of the forum, who was giving up brewing for a while. Part of it was a load of bottles including about a dozen that were filled with the following brew:
