Wainwright Golden Ale
Wainwright Golden Ale
Has anybody tried brewing a copy of Wainwright Golden Ale from Thwaites? Had one yesterday and really enjoyed it - would love to replicate it...
Re: Wainwright Golden Ale
Likewise - had one over the weekend and would love to make something similar.
Not much use at all!
If i were to have a stab in the dark i would say it has a pretty standard grain bill; 95% pale, 5% crystal (or perhaps even 100% pale) and lots of late First Gold hops.
Try emailing the brewery. They are often helpful.
