As I haven't brewed any AG beer since December last year, I've decided to get back in the game with my first go at a sMasH recipe.
I will be giving First Wort Hopping a go, and as I batch sparge I assume that I add the first 40g of Goldings to the boiler before the first sparge? Also how do you guys and girls find that FWH affects the bittering, if at all?
Cheers

I've always FWH'd!
Did a few brews with staged hopping, but never thought it made enough difference to warrant continuing the practice!
Biggest advantage is it stops the foaming just before coming to the boil.
