Having scoured the forums there have been various offerings for Christmas ale but (from my searching) I have yet to find an all grain recipe someone has tried, tested and been pleased with.
I thought I would get ahead of the curve this year and what with it being just post-Christmas some of the recipes might have been recently consumed.
I tried a JW Lees Plum Pudding on draught in my local and that was really good.
Very grateful as ever for help. Thank you

Hi
Sorry for the delay in coming back to you, for some reason the subscribe didn't work.
I'm really after a heavy malted, sweet darker ale with a bit of spice. Does that help please?
Thank you
