the day went well, just two things unexpected.....1.5l less beer in the fermenter, but i saw my efficiency rising 5%, which is good... because was dropping some months ag, in previous brews. But i cameback to basics and tried to understand why it happened....but the last three brews things realy worked fine.
some fotos of the day:
Milling the grain

Beginning of the mash

Time for a pint, a homemade APA

The boil

and time for another beer, a belgian Pale ale, 7%abv with coriender seeds and orange peel

Collecting the wort to the fermenter

Finishing with a tasting of two previous brews, a SMASH vienna and cascade (citrus, orange, blood orange and some breadiness) and a stout (coffee and dark chocolate)
