Reporting in about the Crowd Pleaser brew. Brill. Others liked it once they realised thet taste they were experiencing was hoppy flavour! Seriously though very positive response from all who tried it. Fresh tasting with the flavour & aroma of styrians. I will try this again in a while using a more lagery hop, fermenting as an ale though 'cos I'm still refining my technique. (want to achieve better attenuation consistently and less haziness). Would Mittlefruh be a good option. Think I'll derive all the bitterness from additions in the final 30 min/15mins of boil.
