Power carbed a couple of bottles of this and opened one last night. It is delicious. Its a couple of years since I've been able to sample this fantastic beer so I don't know how accurate it is but I don't care becasue this clone tastes fab. If my memory serves right though, its pretty close. The brackets are what I achieved on this batch.

20L batch @ ~77% efficiency (72%)
OG 1.067 - 1.069 (1.068)
FG 1.018 - 1.019 (1.012!!)
IBU 65
SRM 16
ABV 6.3% (7.5%!!)

Malts
------
5kg German pilsner malt
250g Munich malt
250g Crystal Malt
250g CaraMunich malt

Hops
------
40g Centennial (9.5%AA) 90 mins
15g Cascade (4.7% AA) 15 mins
15g Goldings (4.5% AA) 15 mins
30g Cascade (4.7% AA) 3 mins
30g Cascade Dry Hopped in secondary for 3 weeks

Mash
------
Protein rest at about ~55C for 15 mins.
Then sacc @ ~66C for 60 mins.

Primed with 100g corn sugar.

Did I miss anything?

P.S. Whats the standard batch size for you guys? 25L?

tribs

Edit: I did miss something. The yeast. Wy1056 or WL001 or US56 American Ale Yeast (Chico)

Nice one tribs, 23L is the 'normal' batch size (approx 5 imperial gallons). Although if brewing for a Cornie then 20L would be more appropriate.
