Well as I haven't brewed the same beer twice yet then I haven't got an Old Faithful!

I think it would be a simple beer though so Carolines Ale probably fits the bill, single malt source and goldings only. Nice and easy, tasty too! I published the recipe in this 'ere forum a month or so ago.
