Marstons Old Empire IPA

Does anyone know how to make a clone of it?
What hops give it that extra tang & kick?
A robust strain of yeast.... Any idea of which that would be?

From the Marstons website:
Old Empire is brewed using Optic malt, a subtle and paler grain that will allow other flavours to come through on the palate. Goldings and Fuggles hops are added to this brew, which is then late hopped with the American Cascade variety for extra hop strength.
I reckon you could make a close approximation from that info. The Marston's yeast is allegedly WLP026, but it's a limited edition strain. I think for a first try I would go with Nottingham. From what I remember of Marstons OE (I had one bottle a couple of years ago...) it's light/medium bodied for its strength, no real caramel sweetness (I wouldnt bother with crystal malt), and maybe a bit of pale amber malt for colour and biscuit flavour.
