IBU Query

Hi all,
I was thinking about doing a Wychwood Circlemaster clone, and research on the wychwood website indicates sole use of Target hops (in addition to Plumage Archer Malt) No IBU's are given though - I was thinking around 37-39 - similar to Coniston Bluebird as per Norms recipe? Any thoughts or advice?
