3Kg Muntons Premium Grade Pale Malt Extract
500g Muntons Light Spraymalt
500g Muntons Wheat Spraymalt
350g Crushed Crystal Malt
120g Crushed Roast Barley
125g Styrian Goldings Hops (3.8% AA)
50g Goldings Hops (5.5% AA)
Muntons Gold Yeast

Hop Regime
Styrian Goldings boil 1.25 Hrs
Add Goldings Hops & Irish Moss boil for a further 15 mins
