Thinking about brewing this to use up a few kilo of excess MO i've had kicking about for months. Wanted to make something really stong on the alcohol front.

(Plus, wanted to play with the new version of BeerTools.)

500 g English Wheat Malt
50 g Fuggle (4.8%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min
30 g Whitbread Golding (WGV) (6.0%) - added during boil, boiled 30 min
20 g Whitbread Golding (WGV) (6.0%) - added during boil, boiled 15 min

That software must be very sophisticated; it can even predict the amount of head you'll get :lol:
