4 tetra packs of pinepapple concentrate (Tesco). approx 1/2 kilo of youngs brewing/winemaking sugar and a packet of champagne yeast.
Bubbling away quite well at the moment. 1.091SG looking to get it down to roughly 1.000 +- .010 so looking around the 11%abv.
Well it's getting cold now on my park bench you know tht time of year when you newspaper is white over in the morning and your hips ache coz the ground is hard.

Nice one Doug. I have a pineapple wine on the go too. I put dry and fresh coconut in too and will be blending with a tad of malibu prior to bottling...... totally tropical!
