0.375kg Crystal
0.375kg Chocolate
0.375kg Roast Barley
0.375kg Wheat malt
0.25kg Soft Dark Brown Sugar (in boil)
Hops:
EKG: 100g (5.7%) at 90min
Target: 20g (9%) at 90min
Yeast: S-04 x 2
OG about 1080 if it all goes swimmingly. No idea what the FG will be - about 1020-25 I guess.
And, I hope it'll fit in my mash tun - could be a porridgey mash I think to avoid overflow (could be a tight one...). I reckon if it works out this will be just about right for Christmas drinking next year then
