Its only my third all grain and I have got the following ingrediants. Any good recipes i should have a crack at?

Cascade
Northern Brewer
Fuggles

20 kilos MO
1 kilo Crystal Malt
1 kilo Chocolate malt
1 kilo Torrified wheat

Muntons gold Yeast

I've done the Witches brew and it is good 8)

For something completely different what about Ollossons Townes IPA. He says 'Stunning presence
of hops in the mouth with just the right amount of malt make this pale ale well worth a brew' and it was!

Eff 75% OG 1.045 IBU 40

4880g MO
195g Wheat Malt (Same comment as Chris, you can use TW)

96g (5.2) Cascade all of boil
27g (5.2) Cascade last 15mins

I altered the hop schedule a bit but have posted the recipe as in the book, I used
Safale US-06 for a clean crisp taste, Nottingham/Gervin would be ok as well but
your yeast will do the job.

Excellent, thanks matey, thats also goin on the list. Ok so i've now got one Fuggly and one Cascadey. Anyone one got a recipe for a norther brewrey type to complete the set?
