Robinsons Unicorn Bitter Recipe?
Robinsons Unicorn Bitter Recipe?
Does anyone have a recipe for Robinsons Unicorn Bitter 1042? Not to be confused with their Stockport bitter which is I believe 1035.

Re: Robinsons Unicorn Bitter Recipe?
It isn't much, but here's what I have:
Robinsons Best Bitter/Unicorn Bitter
OG: 1041
Grainbill: Pale, Crystal Malt, small % Flaked Maize, Torrified Wheat
Hops: mainly Goldings, small % Northdown and Hallertau
Dry hops: Goldings
as opposed to the seemingly similar:
Robinsons Bitter/Old Stockport Bitter
OG: 1035
Grainbill: Pale, Crystal Malt, small % Flaked Maize, Torrified Wheat
Hops: Goldings, small % Northdown
Dry hops: Goldings
It looks to me the only differences are strength, and the possible inclusion of some Hallertau aroma hops in the higher-end Unicorn version.
I hope that helps a little, at least.
