Here's one I like posted by Norman

25 litres OG 1.040 ABV 4.1% 30 units of bitterness

OPTIC PALE MALT 3900 gms
FLAKED MAIZE 306 gms
CRYSTAL MALT 130 gms
Fullers use caramel to obtain 24 units of colour.I found 1and a qurter teaspoons brewers caramel gave the right colour.

HOPS Boil time 90 minutes
TARGET 11 gms
NORTHDOWN 10 gms
CHALLENGER 11 gms

10 gms of northdown added in the last 15 minutes

I recommend the use of WYEAST 1968 ESB yeast as this is Fullers own yeast.

After pitching the yeast into the cooled wort, peel a carrot and then eat it.
Planning - Not for a long while

Fermenting - I'm Done

Bottle Maturing - Hobgoblin, Fullers ESB, American Stout, TOP, Fullers London Porter, Bandini Black IPA

Drinking - Still...Whiskey

Are you on the right forum? On here we drink & get merry. Were not interested in food as that soaks up the alcohol which defeats the object of drinking.
Also, if your a veggie then you wouldn't eat meat. Or is that a typo?
Even more also, you say your a veggie, for how long? I thought a vegetarian would have no problems spelling the said word.

WTF!

Thread closed (due to the original post about carrots on a brewing forum BTW not any subsequent posts) :?

User warned: "I guess you're a spammer but on the off chance you're not then please note that this is a brewing forum. Anyway your account will be removed if there's any more carrot based shenanigans."
Dan!
