10 g Nelson Sauv 60 min
10 g Cascade 30 min
10 g Nelson Sauv 30 min
25 g Cascade15 min
25 g Nelson Sauv 15 min
30 g Cascade 5 min
30 g Nelson Sauv 5 min

20 g Cascade (Steep 80c 30 min)

Wyeast 1056 American Ale Yeast.

Dry hop with 10g Williamette and a dumbbell

Will be a cracker Though I personally wouldn't add the Williamette and keep the dumbbell for some weight training

Yes, heard this ... but can't seem to find any way to contact him at all .. all avenues closed down or no replies. Understandable really, probably all sorts of nutters outthere trying to make contact! (*cough*)
