Howdy
I phoned Mordue brewery in Newcastle last week to see if I could have a recipe for their Workie Ticket. The person I spoke to said they were pretty sure it was a closely guarded secret. This seems fair enough, but they then said they would be surprised if any brewery would give out any recipes.
I didn't want to argue, but I'm not so sure about that last bit, which makes me wonder about the first bit.
Anybody know the recipe for Workie Ticket (or their IPA, for that matter, which is sublime)?
