Wet Hop Recipes?

Post by phatboytall » Thu Sep 29, 2011 9:21 am

Anyone got any tried and tested nice wet hop recipes?

I have some home grown Cascade, would love to use it in a sierra nevada style wet hop beer.
I am not a Beer expert.....thats exactly the point.

I use mine at flameout for aroma. That way you don't need to worry about guessing the %AA.I make the assumption that wet hops are 4 times the weight of dried and adjust the recipe accordingly. This year I've held back a handful and will be chucking them in the FV near the end of fermentation.
