Re: Cluster Porter
Looks good to me, and the 40 IBUs will balance the alcohol and remaining sugars nicely. I made a porter recently with hops added in the middle and the end, and it's turned out beautifully. The IBU was 36.4 so on a par with yours. Some traditionalists turn their noses up at adding hops at any time other than the beginning of the boil for porter and stout, but I think it works really, really well.
Re: Cluster Porter
I think adding late hops do dark beers adds more depth to the beer and really compliments the dark roasty flavours.
Recipe looks great, i would add more to the 0 min (taken fron the 30min) and let it steep at 80c for an hour

Re: Cluster Porter
Should be a nice ale there, Dean. Ive used Cluster for bitters, and in APA's. Wouldnt have thought of them for darker beers.
Let us know how it turns out.
Cheers
