I don't, but their website lists a few clues. It states it uses crystal and chocolate malts, Fuggles, sovereign, styrian and cascade.

And some reviews and descriptions on beer advocate

Hope that gives you (or someone else good at constructing recipes?) a fair starting point

Wychwood King Goblin (English Strong Ale)
Marstons plc/Wychwood Brewery/Glenny Brewery - Witney, Oxfordshire, UK
ABV: 6.6%
IBU: ≈40
Colour: 23°SRM/45°EBC, dark brown
Grainbill: 90% Pale, 7.5% Crystal Malt, 2% Chocolate Malt, .5% CaraPils/Dextrose Malt
Bittering hops: Fuggles, Sovereign (60 min)
Aroma hops: Cascade, Stryian Goldings (15 min)
Yeast: unknown English ale strain, but since it's a part of the Marston's family, it's possible they reuse the Marston or Ringwood strains.

A bit late to the party, but some additional info. I had an email back from the brewery website about which base malt is used in king goblin, as there site only lists crystal and chocolate. They told me the base malt was “Craft” variety. I have not seen that variety available to home brewers, but it seems to be a relative of Flagon?
Crisp - Best Ale malt appears to be Flagon.
