Been hankering after a nice brown ale of late and need to get another under my belt, so I came across this - fulfills the criteria and has a nice xmas spaice twist to it - and should be ready just in time :)

The Gingerbread Mann (Southern English Brown Ale)

Original Gravity (OG): 1.042 (°P): 10.5
Final Gravity (FG): 1.011 (°P): 2.8
Alcohol (ABV): 4.13 %
Colour (SRM): 16.6 (EBC): 32.7
Bitterness (IBU): 18.8 (Average)

81.09% Pale Ale Malt
5.4% Biscuit
5.4% Crystal 30
5.4% Crystal 60
2.72% Chocolate Malt

1.7 g/L East Kent Golding (4.7% Alpha) @ 45 Minutes (Boil)

0.1 g/L Allspice @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
0.1 g/L Cinnamon @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
0.0 g/L Cloves (Whole) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
0.1 g/L Ginger (ground) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
0.0 g/L Nutmeg (Ground) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 75 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with Safale S-04
