Drank this recently was jolly good!! So going to give it a whirl. Don't see how that hop schedule gets the IBU it states though. Bought some Vermont yeast to. Never used it before.
Aren't a lot of their recipes a bit like that? I think they calculate a lot of bitterness from the big hop additions towards the end. Perhaps in reality you get a lot of hop but not so much bitterness?
I have noticed this on a few posts mow, the pictures are cropped i.e. I can only see half the picture above. This is on a iphone. So I cannot see this stated ibu
