Dry Hopping an Australian Sparkling Ale

Post by Binkie Huckaback » Thu Nov 05, 2020 12:49 pm

I'm brewing an Australian sparkling ale at the moment and the recipe calls for 30g of Galaxy pellet hops to dry hop at 0 days. A thought has just occurred to me. Does this mean as soon as the wort is in the fermenter, or on the last day of fermentation? Help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks f00b4r. I could have sworn I'd thanked you when I originally saw your reply.
