Sounds nice. What do you brew in?

That was just a stove top brew in an 11L pot, mashed, boiled and fermented in it, then siphoned into bottles. For when I can't be bothered to get the Klarstein out or just want to try something out. I'll have to scale that recipe up to 19L and brew it again, simple but nice :)

Yes, probably overpitched though as I had half a packet of each left from a previous brew a few weeks before. I've done a couple of even smaller brews since then using yeast recovered from those bottles and they have turned out ok as well.

I have to nip out and get some yeasts now. 🙄🙄👍. This Notts/Windsor 50/50 idea appeals.

Amazes me how long it takes some yeasts to get started when others are away in less that 2 hours.
