Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes.
Fermented at 20°C with Notts/Windsor 50/50

That was just a stove top brew in an 11L pot, mashed, boiled and fermented in it, then siphoned into bottles. For when I can't be bothered to get the Klarstein out or just want to try something out. I'll have to scale that recipe up to 19L and brew it again, simple but nice

Yes, probably overpitched though as I had half a packet of each left from a previous brew a few weeks before. I've done a couple of even smaller brews since then using yeast recovered from those bottles and they have turned out ok as well.

I have to nip out and get some yeasts now. . This Notts/Windsor 50/50 idea appeals.

Amazes me how long it takes some yeasts to get started when others are away in less that 2 hours.
