OK, Jever clone recipe anyone?
Jever, another popular beer drunk by my friends in our local, so another challenge
I can see from searching around that it is German Pilsener malt, with some recipes saying a dash of Carapils as well, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang hops to 40 IBU, and a clean high attenuating German yeast but no specific one stood out. Has anyone tried to clone this themselves or know of a recipe that is close??

I think the secret to any good German Pilsner, apart from pitching a decent amount of fresh, healthy German lager yeast, is to lager cold for months. Patience really.
