Are there any traditional ale recipes associated with Easter and Spring...? (There are certainly plenty of Christmas Ales out there)...

Well I found a recipe on this US brewing website...

http://www.tastybrew.com/newrcp/detail/32

(Jim, I'd take a look at this site as the layout and content are quite good)

I particularly like the navigation on that site. Everything's arranged logically, and there's some good content.

Not sure about putting crushed biscuits in me beer, though!

:D Yep, My Easter Ale !
I'm brewing on saturday, (it's time all the bitter is drunk), it's an all grain brew.
What do you think about my recipe?
for 50 ltr:
grist: 8 kg pilsen malt
100 gr crystal
600 gr roat barley
1 kg flaked barley
hop: bittering: 80 gr of target
last 5 mn 40 gr saaz

yes it's a stout, I really love it, hope this will be good !!
