Here's the recipe I brewed up the other week, taken from Wheelers book
5kg Pale Malt
100g Goldings
Mash in 12.5L at 67 degC for 90 mins
Boil for 90 mins, hops added at start of boil
5g Irish moss for last 15mins
Batch size: 23 litres
OG: 1052
FG: 1010
IBU's: 47
ABV: 5.5%
Nice and simple pale ale.
Caroline's Fine Ale
