... missed off the fact that he says to use 2oz of sugar for priming :)

As requested, the recipe in metric for 25 ltrs

3500gm Crushed Pale Malt
250gm Crushed Crystal Malt
5ml Irish moss
250gm Demerara Sugar (during the boil)
30gm Fuggles
60gm Goldings (start of boil)
15gm Goldings (stir in after boil finished)
10gm Goldings (in secodary fermentation)
15gm gelatine for finings (in secondary)
60gm Demerara sugar (for priming barrel)


I'm off for 0.586 litres of beer now :D
