Has anyone tried it? what sort of results or does it not work?

If it's just the taste of honey that you are after brew a Kolsch with WLP029 yeast and tell everybody that it is lager. I doubt if anyone will question it.

You can also use Honey Malt?

if experimenting i would suggest you start with small honey additions perhaps 100g and increase if you feel you want more flavour through, Dont just drop a 1lb jar into a brew,, i did that with molasses ONCE!! the result was an almost anticeptic licorice overtone that dwarfed any other flavour in the brew.
ist update for months n months..
Fermnting: not a lot..
Conditioning: nowt
Maturing: Challenger smash, and a kit lager
Drinking: dry one minikeg left in the store
Coming Soon Lots planned for the near future nowt for the immediate :(
