Can anyone recommend a kit to use and adjust , or if not a brew from scratch as ive just go a burco boiler that I can use....would need some instructions and what yeast to use etc.....many thanks in advance..

Sending this early as my latest woodfoedes wherry is ready and just going to open some...

Coopers do an approximation, not tried it but it looks passable

If you use that recipe as a base add a small dry hop of cascade as I believe that it has cascade in the real stuff.Should be of the style but don't know how close but think you will like it and then experiment to improve to your taste

There's a lot of debate about that. Wychwood list the hops on their website and say nothing about Cascade, only Fuggles & Styrians:

Also, it's been around for quite a long time (90s maybe even the 80s), way before any of these zingy US-hopped beer starting appearing: back then I can't recall any beers having Cascade, Citra etc. in them But it is possible they have updated the recipe to include a small amount of them.
