I am about to start a Coopers lager which I have done before but I am wondering is there anything I could add to maybe enhance the flavour? My strange mind is thinking of putting some frozen black forest fruits into a muslin and adding that to the bucket to give some fruity aromas? Would that work or would it really screw the lager up?
It'll be a can of Coopers lager,
Medium spray malt 500g?
Brewing sugar 500
The yeast that came with the lager
Temp about 21deg
Any input from anybody? I haven't started it yet so I still have time to get more supplies

You may get a better response if you post in the Enhanced Beer Kits Questions and Answers section.

The last time I brewed Coopers Lager I substituted all the sugar for a 2lb Tin of Lyles Golden Syrup which produces a smooth lager
