Help

Post by Uncle Joshua » Fri Apr 03, 2020 4:26 pm

I have just done a Wilco IPA and used 1kg brewing sugar and 500g SML and used a Garvin English ale yeast. Has anyone done this and any idea what the ABV will be? I do not have a hydrometer so don't know the starting gravity.

To give an answer others will need to know whether you brewed to 23 litres or short...
Beer is my drug of choice.
