Hello Josh.Yes i`ve done a few a few year back.Great kits.I think they are rebranding their labeling on their kits.
My favourite is the Abdij (Belgian Abbey).
I`m currently drinking an 18 litre batch from last year which is heavenly man.
I never done a brewferm kit using malt extract but i started doing them using soft brown sugar.
After reading much more into them i started using candi sugar.
It ups the cost a little but IMO the only fermantable to use with these kits.

I ended up doing the Brewferm kit, a tin of Coopers wheat malt extract and a pack of Wheat malt and some Belgian yeast.

Sounds good and malty.Did you hit the OG reading required with this kit?
When i first started doing these kits i used to use soft brown sugar before i discovered candi sugar.
It`ll be intresting when its ready to drink.May the brew gods be with you.

Should have said I added some Saaz and Goldings. I didn't really have an SG to go by, it was 1052.

I thought it would be thicker given the ingredients you`ve used.
Have you brewed 9litre or more?Your ingredients have me intrested but 1.052 sounds low for these kits.
I use a braun food blender with all my brews,it helps with attenuation considering you`re starting from the reccomended OG down to FG reading.
If you have brewed to 9litre get in there with somthing sterilised and even it out.As i say it sounds low at 1.052.

I brewed to 23l and expect around 5.2%, the standard stuff will be 4.9. if I had used the kit, liquid malt extract and the dry malt extract, I dread to think how strong it would come out at.
