A long round file on the inside of the pipes will do the trick. You'll get one at B&Q or similar.
Best wishes

As I think I mentioned before, I went for a grinder, and cleaned the external burrs off using that, gave it all a good rinse than shoved the dismantled manifold into the dishwasher...

With straight lengths of manifold I used a sharp knife to push all swarf into the inside of the copper pipe then used a round file on the inside. Repeat if needed. Done.

Not so easy with curved manifold, but for these I just cleaned then up using stanley knife & rinse lots.
Maybe push a bit of flexible pipe up copper to knock off any swarf.

Don't worry if you have the odd bit as copper is dense and so its very unlikely to end up in your FV.

Hmmm... Only issue is I've connected the manifold via a compression fitting now. I've got some spare olives though so suppose it's not too much hard work. Might just blast it with a hose first to see if I can knock out any loose bits

I connect main part of manifold to pipe/ part that goes through MT wall with a short length of 1/2" ID silicone pipe. I used to use a bit of PVC pipe but it got hard after a few brews.

That way I can take it off and clean it when needed.

Having said that, you'll probably be fine. Good luck with your brew.
