Posting pictures advice

I am not IT literate so can anyone advise/talk me through how to upload pictures as I would like to show my new cooler mash tun build

Hi Molehill

To post pictures you need to upload them to a photosharing site, I use Imageshack, then add a link to the photo in your post.

It is easier than it sounds
Register with the chosen photosharing site
Log In
Find the link to upload media
Find the pictures on your pc that you want to upload
Upload them
Most sites will have an option for sharing the photo, this will give you the code to copy and paste into your JBK post.
thats it!
Image shack has a very helpful "Code for forums" link. All I have done is copy that and stick it into my post and that worked without any fuss

Failed miserably! Imageshack had very little information.... I am not sure whether this improves once you pay the subscription?

If you have an android phone download tap a talk and log in to jimsbeerkit via that. Then you can share you photo with tap. Talk

I tried to upload the pics but it wouldn't.

I will try one of the alternative suggestions.

Apologies to you Molehill, I've just tried to upload some pics to imageshack and discovered they've revamped the site and now made it pay -only, no free accounts now. Just deleted all my pics there and requested they delete my account!
Now looking for a new photosite... will try tinypic as recommended above
