Now cleaning is another matter! Oxy Clean rinsed and drained into the sink.
perhaps but I sanitise and then rinse . but if the sanitiser is still in the tank when I rinse I need to rinse again and again.
Neat looking set up but I don't think I understand the process. Clean with ? then Rinse Rinse and Rinse off the cleaner.
Then sanitize with a No Rise Sanitizer cover and leave to drain.
There's no rinsing after sanitizing, with something like starsan or Malt Millers sanitizer.

The process I use is to rinse bottles as soon as emptied.
I fill the storage box with the pump inserted with 10 litres of water.
the bottles are inserted upside down in the top box on 7" copper uprights .
the uprights each have 3 small holes drilled in stop ends.
The top box has 4 x 20mm holes drilled in the base to allow the water back to the storage box with the pump.
For the sanitizer I use 250ml of Milton type steriliser with the 10 litres of water.
This is allowed to circulate for a minimum of 20 minutes .
I then drain this sanitizer and fill with fresh water.
Again this is allowed to circulate for 20 minutes before draining.
The bottles can be left in the washer to drain.
The washer matrix holds 20 bottles so if I do 40 pints I use the sanitizer for both sets
then drain for the rinse. hope that helps.

could u not crack the lid open and stand on its side for a few mins to drain over the sink or in the bath??

failing that perhaps some vent holes above the liquid/splash level would help aerate it out in a warm dry room before storage.
