I saw this new idea today & I thought not a bad idea. It is still in the infant stage (on kickstarter - a website for raising funds for a new idea) - I probably wouldn't bother unless the price came down to under 30 quid or so, as I dont have too many problems with fermentation - but it would be nice to know exactly what is going on in the FV
