First thing I'd do is put you finger over one of those tubes and give it a pump - if there's suction then chances are there is still life in the seals.
Take it apart and give it a good clean, plus lube up any rubber / silicone seals with some food grade petroleum jelly :)
Then sanitize it by sucking up some beer line cleaner, rinse it and hook it up to whatever you want to pump.

I went straight in and started striping it down the only seals that didn't look any good was the piston all the others are fine, the piston on is a cork one to seal against the Perspex cylinder, the nest i'll be replacing is the one way flip seal on top of the cylinder, that should do it I think.

a problem I will have is that I cut a one way valve off from one of the tubes and don't know which one.
it's very unique the beer flows in through the pipes on the outside of the cylinder then into the cylinder ready to be pumped out.
Theres 3 pipes (3/8) connected to the pump, anyone know what there uses would be
clearly one beer in.
one pipe goes in underneath the cylinder piston the other two go over into the top cavity of the cylinder.
