Which q-max?

I've blown the element on my boiler by being a prat and not thinking things through. I'm thinking (depending on cost) going to put an element in where the tap hole is and turn it into a bottom drainer.

I was looking at using one of these. What size q-max would I need to get? it's 1 9/16 inches, so a 40mm punch?
