Boiler Plate Chiller

Hi

I was looking through ebay and was wondering. Would a boiler heat exchanger work as a wort chiller?

Something like,

Yes, basically that all the brewing ones are, however I WOULDNT buy a used one taken from a boiler.
Hair of the dog, bacon, butty.

Indeed central heating inhibitors must have all kinds of nasty in them, not sure you'd be able to clean it 100%
