Which keg?

Post by smartdev » Wed Oct 22, 2014 11:07 am

I am looking at changing my polykeg + 5 liter party keg setup to stainless sankeys. I like the kegs they have over at crusader, I will probably get two, but I was wondering if anyone knows where I can source 10 liter varieties,I know I have seen them before, maybe 6 months back at either crusader or brewery plastics (which no longer seem to stock kegs, just pins). My reason for wanting the small kegs is because I have a 3 tap tower on my kegerator and I like to serve a main brew on one of the taps and something more specialist or experimental on the other two so its nicer to be able to have the smaller kegs + I dont think three of the 20l's would fit in the fridge (although they might Id have to check if it came to it)

I've not seen crusader do any smaller than the 20l slimline kegs.

I have seen a few small cornys recently on ebay but they are rather expensive for the size.

By the way the delivery charge for crusader is £25 no matter how many you order so it may be worth seeing if anyone in your area is interested thus sharing the cost.

hmm, must have been the plastic place then, I guess I will have to get the measuring tape out to see if I can fit three of those bad boys in my fridge....might be a bit tight
