Just a quickie

as the title says before i blow the house and myself up .................. just wiring up my controller for the brewfridge, am 99.9999999999% certain all the mains bit is wired up correctly, checked twice , went away came back and rechecked ---- am on the temp sensor, the one as supplied to me has 2 core wire with NO difference + or - or white line, can i just connect and go ?
