if you are strapped for cash you can always syphon your wort out of the tun. Look at John Palmers website instructions Apendix D Building a mashtun Fig 162. I did this for 5 years until my wife got me my igloo for a present. make the copper manifold easy peasy just a junior hacksaw no soldering. Instead of the plastic pipe coming from the bottom I used a 15mm copper t junction to the top of the cooler and just slide a syphon tube down the pipe and suck I used 5/16" plastic beerline. In lots of ways I like syphon better than a tap. One thing we know about taps is at sometime they are going to leak for certain also you loose heat through the tap. If you have no hole in your mashtun it cannot leak.Have a look at John Palmers diagram.
